Volunteer Information

There are many important tasks that go into the process of providing this experience for our student-athletes. Thank you in advance for assisting and creating a great experience for them. If anything comes up where you might not be able to fulfill your task, please work with a fellow parent to find coverage so it doesn't become a scramble. You are welcome to reach out to the Volunteer Coordinator if you have more questions, or reach out to your team's coach.

For the 2026 season, we are requiring a deposit check to be provided to your head coach. This will be destroyed if your family completes volunteer requirements, otherwise it will be cashed after the season. More information can be found on the Player Fee Payment page.

Volunteer Requirements

Boys - three in-season volunteer slots

Girls - four in-season volunteer slots

There will also be season-long positions available. These will not require game-to-game signups.

Also - for those in West De Pere - these requirements are separate from West De Pere Booster Club volunteer requirements.

In-Game Stats/Spotters Track stats during game from box
Post-Game Clean up Move tables, benches, goals during post-game for 30 minutes
Pre-Game Set up Set tables, benches, goals, balls. Start 1 hour before game time
Social Media Specialist Make regular info & promo posts on social media
Team Dinners Host team eve of home games
Team Photographer Pictures for home games & Road games when possible
Videoboard Run videoboard during game
